The Showman’s Show 2019
Portable Floormaker & Barlok® Bars by PFM are gearing up for yet another appearance at the Showman’s Show 2019 held at Newbury showground on the 16th & 17th October 2019. This will be our 10th successive appearance at the show and in what is the company’s 10th anniversary year after the being saved from imminent demise in 2009 due to poor management. The current owner, Mr Ben Shipper purchased the assets and IP out of administration in August 2009 saving nearly 30 UK jobs and invested in the company’s regeneration but keeping the production here in the UK.
During those 10 years the company has gone from strength to strength and will be exhibiting two of its latest new products to be launched namely the Barlok® MOVE portable bar which is the mobile version of the highly successful Barlok® portable bar system and the all new SWAPLOK™ acrylic surfaced portable dance floor. Swaplok – just swap the top…. This allows for bespoke coloured surfaces to be achieved just by swapping out the acrylic insert of the panel, make up coloured designs to match wedding colour themes or match corporate function colour scheme.
